01 How to order
Show us your design, photo or even an idea, with details of size, color, etc. We will get back to you with price soon. If you are not familiar with process of lapel pins, we will give you suggestion.
After you confirmed the price and plan to place order, we will work on artwork for your approval. .
Before start on production, we request a 40% deposit before order and 60% before shipping.
After artwork approved and receipt of your payment, we will start on production. Once it finished, we will ship it and inform you tracking number.
02 Samples
XYL gifts provide free sample to show their quality. Samples can be shipped in 3 days after getting requested from customer.
03 What is the minimum Lapel Pin order
You must order a minimum of 30pcs.
04 What file types do you like for art
We prefer files that are vector-based. Generally, these are file with .CDR, .AI, .PDF. Available files .JPG, .EPS, .PSD, .TIF.
05 What color metal can I get my products
Metal is available in gold, silver, bronze, nickel, copper, antique gold, antique bronze, antique silver, antique copper, antique nickel, black nickel, and any color painted.
06 How much does shipping cost
Shipping costs will vary depending on the products you are ordering, your location, and the shipping method you choose. All shipping alternatives are welcome according to your preference.
07 What are your lead times
Normally, 7-10 days is OK. XYL also accept urgent order within 3-5 days.
